Alternatifnya adalah dengan menggunakan software jenis kantor yang tentunya lebih mudah untuk digunakan. Salah satunya adalah microsoft office visio 2007. Software visio buatan microsoft ini cukup mampu untuk membuat berbagai macam bentuk gambar.

Berbagai macam bentuk gambar dan desain sudah disediakan oleh microsoft office visio ini. Salah satu contohnya adalah berbagai macam bentuk icon komputer, ikon penghubung, ikon diagram alir dan masih banyak ikon-ikon lainnya.
